By accessing or using eternalflip.com (the "Platform"), including the demo arena, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

EternalFlip operates a peer-to-peer exchange for binary event contracts based on the outcome of perpetual 60-second coin flips (HEADS or TAILS). The Platform acts solely as a matching venue — it is not a counterparty, bookmaker, or gambling operator. All contracts are collateralized, settled peer-to-peer, and resolved via a verifiably fair commit-reveal oracle.

You must be at least 18 (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) and legally permitted to use the Platform. Real-money trading requires successful KYC/AML verification. Certain jurisdictions may be restricted. Users are responsible for complying with all applicable laws.

There is no house edge on outcomes. However, trading involves substantial risk of loss. Past performance is not indicative of future results. You may lose some or all of your funds. The Platform is not financial advice.

Maker fees: 0%. Taker fees are tiered (displayed pre-trade). No deposit/withdrawal/settlement fees. All payments are final upon matching.

All content, logos, and technology are owned by EternalFlip or its licensors. You may not copy, scrape, or reverse-engineer the Platform.

No manipulation, insider trading (none possible here), wash trading, or use of automated systems that violate fair-play rules. Violations may result in account suspension and fund forfeiture.

We implement robust Know-Your-Customer and Anti-Money-Laundering procedures. You consent to identity verification and ongoing monitoring. We may report suspicious activity as required by law.

THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS." WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES. IN NO EVENT SHALL WE BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. MAXIMUM LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED FEES PAID IN THE PRIOR 12 MONTHS.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA without regard to conflict of laws principles. Disputes shall be resolved in Delaware courts.

We may update these Terms. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
